While our artworks travel to you with care, sometimes the unexpected can happen. If your art arrives with damage from thejourney, don’t worry—let us make it right. Send us clear photos of the damage and the packaging tosupport@floweraipeople.com within 72 hours of delivery, and we will conduct a thorough Damage Review.
1. Photos must be clear and in .jpeg or .png format, showing the damage vividly.
2. Submit the photos within 72 hours of your recorded delivery date.
3. Ensure the damaged product has not been hung or installed when taking the photos.
4. Allow us up to 30 business days to assess the damage and decide the best course of action.
5. Understand that replacement or repair is subject to our current production and shipping schedules.
6. You may be responsible for return shipping costs if we opt to replace or repair the damaged item.
