Any cancellations or changes can be made within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond that, as your custom art piece is already in process, we're unable to make alterations.

Since all sales are custom and final, we cannot accept exchanges or returns.

As each artwork is tailor-made for you, we're unable to accept returns. Each creation is as unique as our clients.

Using a heat press, the dye-sublimation process infuses ink into specially-treated metal, giving a high-definition, waterproof, scratch resistant finished print. Easily cleaned with a glass cleaner, lightweight and long-lasting metal prints are the preferred choice for commercial, fine art and home decor applications.

Our artworks are equipped with a Floating Hanger. This simple and effective hanger is the most economical way to display your prints. The hanger floats your print 1/2" off the wall and has a keyhole in the top for secure hanging. Rubber bumpers ensure your wall is not marked and the print doesn't slip once positioned. The backing board offers additional support to the metal print. It varies in size with the size of the print, but will always be kept far enough from the edges so as not to be visible in any way.

We don't offer customisations to maintain the integrity of the artists' vision and the uniformity of our premium prints, all crafted from high-quality Chromaluxe aluminium panels. But each gifted artwork comes with a beautifully designed card that providesdetailed information about the archetype it represents. This card enhances the gift by giving the recipient insight into the deeper meaning and inspiration behind the artwork, making your gift even more thoughtful and personal.

At this stage, our shadow box frames are exclusive to our largest artwork sizes for a grand display.

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, email us at info@floweraipeople.com. We'll locate it for you.

Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping. We focus on ensuring the highest quality for your custom art, which takes time.

While uncommon, should your print arrive in less than perfect condition, please contact us immediately with photos of both the damaged piece and its packaging at support@floweraipeople.com. We'll take swift steps to address the issue.

No, we maintain discretion with all orders, including only a branded packing slip—no invoices. Our art makes for thoughtful gifts, and we also provide gift cards if you're looking to surprise someone with the choice of their own piece.

Each piece of our bespoke art collection takes about 10 business days for production in Sydney. After dispatch, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days across Australia and up to 10 business days overseas. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as it's on its way.

Yes, you can download your purchased artwork up to three times. If you need additional downloads or have any issues, pleasereach out to our customer service team for assistance.

Our digital artworks are available in high-resolution JPEG format, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of devices and software for personal use and printing.
